These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EasyHardConvos, operated by EasyHardConvos (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

EasyHardConvos is an AI-powered conversation coaching and practice platform. It provides frameworks, scripts, and live AI roleplay to help users prepare for difficult conversations. The service is available via a web browser at easyhardconvos.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use EasyHardConvos. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@easyhardconvos.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to generate content that is abusive, harassing, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
• Share your account with others or resell access to the service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Upload or input malicious code or content designed to disrupt the service

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices may change with 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@easyhardconvos.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally not issued for partial billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, frameworks, and software comprising EasyHardConvos are our property or are licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the conversation content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyHardConvos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Outcomes of real-world conversations you conduct after using the service
• Loss of data due to service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. We will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
